There's nothing pleasant about a visit to my sports therapist, AR - she has a disturbing way of finding all the sore points :-)

Covid is boring. I've done another test today and still very positive. I should hopefully be back at work next week.

Great South Run is going to be interesting.

Went to go for a walk and it started pissing down before I even got out of the door. FFS lol

Thank you all heart . Every day i hope to feel better but it's just not happening. Never mind I have a hospital appt tomorrow and if that doesn't throw up any answers then I accept this is me. It could be a lot worse and definitely better than the alternative.

Even with cruel blow to PH ultra it’s a big weekend for thread - luck to tomorrows fellow drK cups, to ageingtractor in Chicago on Sunday, to JenHB goose galloping and to DrPh and DS1 at Richmond half. Expecting photos with actual pompoms from Teebs :-)
