(20 min max physio orders)
um Jan 2022 3:03pm, 14 Jan 2022 5,663 posts	0 um Another sunny / frosty mix today. And first time ever (in best goons voice bloodnok.net ), a deer. Fallen in the water. Not sure why, because it was coming towards us and slipped/fell down a 5ft (or so) bank. No photos because I was too far away and trees inbetween. But it jumped out, ran off, then had a shake, in just the same way a dog would. Then assumed an air of 'nothing to see here, that didn't happen' and sauntered off. We both remained upright and dry.

Brambles are a thing of evil Dio, take your secateurs next time you run and get your revenge. Hope the run goes well tomorrow RRR-Caz. 4 miles done, I left it until 3pm as I had hoped all the ice would have gone but still slippery in places, what glorious sunshine though. Loved that.
um Jan 2022 4:52pm, 14 Jan 2022 5,664 posts	0 um I forgot to mention .. temperatures. When we got in the car, at home, in the shade, it was 2⁰C By the time we parked it was 8⁰C When we got back from the run, where the car was sat in the sun, it showed 23⁰C. Yes, 23 ! We should have taken towels and just laid down next to the car and sunbathed. Back to 12⁰C a mile later a we drove home And 5⁰C as we parked in the drive. Just took the shopping out to the freezer, and I guess if I look now it will flashing zero or below.
