Looked at my training log for July. Looked away. It's awful.

Morning That sounds good SW, I'm not too busy next week. All things considered, my July wasn't too bad, running down, walking down, but at least my niece wanted to do all the exercise with me. She's gone now, but I should see her again in September. |

Don’t be judging yourselves, LindsD and Diogenes! It’s all relative. I have NO running in my training log since April so I think you’re doing brilliantly xxx

Ditto what SW said. I had a good month. Highest total since last July. |
