Grassington might also be ok being that bit higher up. Have a wonderful time!!

Still not 100% stomach wise but hoping to get yesterday's run in later. Also taking a DAY OFF (mostly - will be some emailing) and going to skip with OH but our planned lunch out is on hold pending stomach resolution. The excitement...

Bruv not feeling too bad, says he's very tired but his idea of "very tired" is a 1-mile walk rather than a 3-mile walk. Woke up early again today (soon after 5), listened to my body (it said "feeling fine") and went for a 2-mile run while it was still cool.
