Went for walk instead. This morning I wrapped all my presents and now I’m ready to go and check into our room for the night.

set targets for next year - felt very much like I was pulling numbers out of the air! Running and walking are bit more than this year but if my joints behave will end up running more and walking less. Also set a very low swim target as (again) I aim to go for a swim once a month. I managed Jan-May this year (then covid/life/naughty knees happened)

We are just at the local hotel having a party night with friends but we decided to stay over seeing as taxis are crap to get here and we live furthest away from the rest.
