Haha, I had no idea. Sticking firmly to marathon plan but I shouldget my bin just before. Otherwise, it could be tricky finding.a bin on the route!

I was sure you didn’t but it kept me going 😂 I find myself doing the same in the tough parts of races - trying to hang on to someone going the same pace or fractionally quicker than me. Being very much a mid-pack runner it’s good to have something to focus on. Probably just displays my general weak mindedness 😂😂

Dipps - I’m quite sure you did bunt, but even if you didn’t, don’t worry, I felt a bit odd getting 700 so early. 700 may be neither necessary nor sufficient, but I’m here for the company not to look for kudos, you’re all just too lovely to leave.

I hear you had a great run Caz. Well done. I was out as tail runner for the marathon. 7 and a bit hours ! I now have a new found respect for the 'party at the back' folks. That's a long time on your feet. Surprisingly lovely weather for first 3 1/2 hours, then less lovely, then absolutely torrential for the last mile :-)

Ran with a guy, Pete Morris who has done 540 marathons!! Only one I've ever met anywhere near our own Plodding Hippo, so really it was like running with running Royalty :-)

Feet are a bit sore, but otherwise absolutely fine.
