Ooo, nooo boots!
I need new running shoes after 800miles in my current pair. Been getting achy knees and twinges reminiscent of my PF for a couple of weeks but I did a short run yesterday and arch and heel still throbbing. Like I trod on Lego and the bruise is still there.

Of course it may not be the shoes. It may be total lack of foot support from spending the last few days in wellies when not running (I've done lots of gardening and running round the field with turtle). Can't really afford new shoes so hoping rest and supportive footwear helps!

In other news, my 6yr old phone died today and I am so technically inept this usually causes me to cry and leave the guys in the Ee shop to sort me a new one and transfer all the apps and data across. A lovely lady has just talked me through it all using screenshare cos I'd forgotten my passwords, so I should have a new one tomorrow, fingers crossed!

TM, I'm a proper stomper when I run and have to replace my shoes at around 350-400 miles generally. It does mean my bank account goes eek every few months.

Glad you got someone to help you with the phone, they can be horrendous things. :-)
