Mandymoo Feb 2021 8:01am, 5 Feb 2021 11,085 posts	0 Mandymoo Morning all - pleasant mild dog walk done this morning, made sure I enjoyed as it is meant to turn cold this weekend and we are forecast snow (bet we don't get it) There is a plan in my head to go for a run after work at 3pm today before the afternoon dog walk.

I didn't know the lady very well at all but my friend asked several of us to go as the rest of the family are in Australia so she needs some support. Socially distanced of course, which will feel unnatural

(()) Massage for me today, I have a bit of DOMS from yesterday so good timing, although it's not really sorting the other problem. I've resolved to wait until I can no longer feel it rather than keep trying, make it worse and drag it out even longer.

Hope it lasts until my lunchtime walk with J. Have promised him homemade sausage rolls for lunch. Legs not too sore after yesterday's interval session. But how will they be tomorrow?
