Morning all

Couldn't sleep so read some of my Cav book and then went back to bed at 2.30am and slept soundly.

Weather pants again here today, so not sure what to do..hopefully it will clear up and we can go for a beach walk this afternoon

We’re starting our journey home today but will stop overnight somewhere.
I have made a face-to-face doctor’s appointment for tomorrow afternoon. My ears are still painful and blocked 🙄

PT in the park done. Not sure if I cba to go out again today now.

There were lots of surfers in the sea yesterday, I hadn't seen any for a while, probably either no waves or too rough.

LD, you're probably long past the infectious stage now if you had/have it.

I went up to Righi (big park above Genova today). The trails were too slippery for much running in road shoes but I walk-runned before jogging down the hill again.

I am in my running kit but it does not look at all inviting outside - perhaps if I wait until after lunch the rain will ease off a bit?.... ~crosses fingers~

Morning all. Back at work today, therefore on Fetch :-)

Nice 'n muddy Gut Buster on Tuesday. Lots of splashy, muddy fun. Slow but not too bad given how little running I've done.
Have designed my training plan up to August :-) I have so much beter mojo when I have something to work against. Might actually get some proper mileage in this coming year. Will end up 2021 with my lowest running mileage for 10 years :-O

I went for a run and *did* go to the pub for the coffee meet-up. We sat outside (it was so warm :-0 ) and it was really nice to chat to different people for a change :-)
