Baby has just been asked to play cello for the present :-o :-o :-o This means we will have to force him to practise for the next 6 weeks.

There is a presidential election between now and then; the other candidate is a complete loony but I've seen this one before. Unexpected ending...

This morning, we did 10 miles. It definitely wasn't easy. My IBS was a bit wah, I had a couple of twinges but it was enjoyable. Definitely feeling fitter, we took it easy and got the 10 done. :-) Got the teen here, doing homework at the table. GF's daughter is stomping around as usual, muttering about something or the other. Happy families ;-)

I spotted you were fractions off last night and was admiring your will-power for the delayed gratification 😂 Great photos- love the Gruffalo

Hope your lad is on his feet soon Yumee. As the owner of a grumpy rugby missing teenage boy I can’t imagine how he would be if he couldn’t get out to workout *reaches for a hard hat & battens down the hatches*

buntingbunting David! Love the bin, bench and bus-stop :-)

My little 5k was slow but ok. I've decided the issue is a hamstring one, right down by the back of the knee. I am reassured that it didn't hurt while running though it's definitely still 'there' now I've sat down for a while.

Hope the Run and Pie day is going well (there will be pie, won't there?)

Oh I do hope they will be having Pie, LD - wouldn't be the same otherwise, would it? Although it might be tricky to find takeaway pie ... ;)

Glad your 'back of the knee' (why isn't there a name for the back of the knee??) didn't hurt when running.
