I’m really tempted but losing a fortnight of running to gardening recently means I’m still cautious - I haven’t really understood what kicks off the pf and core has kicked it off a few times. If i stay clear for a month I will if she’s still taking newbies :-)

I sometimes avoid burpees and pushups if I’ve already done loads in another online class, burpees are my least favourite. We have a chap in our rebound group who logs on to Facebook to say that he’s just watching and it’s making him tired :) Needless to say I take the piss out of him a lot.
7 miles run walk (the run was not much nor fast) in the scorching heat at lunchtime with FM. Sooo good to run with her again!!
Then rebound this evening. Knackered and need a shower now

Seren - for what was the single bell tolling?

Daisy - ouch! - but glad the damage seems to have been no more than cosmetic. Ah yes, that nanosecond between realising you're going, and landing: I remember tripping on a lump in a gravelly path and thinking "this is going to hurt" - and then it did.

Today was a walk. Not much of a one, but it was something.

LD - hope you are ok after your fall.

Carp - I’m doing a CIPD and managed to write 3 sentences in 2hrs today after spending most of that time looking at journals for appropriate quotes.

Week 4 Of C25K is done 🙌 Felt pretty good today, a lot better than on Tuesday thankfully. Few rest days for me now as I’m planning a 10 mile walk on Saturday.

Got the child here, first sleepover for 8 weeks :-o Have helped with homework, eaten pizza, talked to cats and she's gone to bed. I'm running in the morning, tomorrow's run will take me to another 100 mile month. Making the most of the situation.

Stop falling over, 700ers. It hurts! Hope you all mend soon.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
