Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hope AP and ITG are feeling ok.

Another early morning rise (4.30am) with Izzy today.
Half a day of homeschooling and then a nice afternoon walk with the kids.

I have a rest day today but may do a home workout later.

Looking forward to getting outside tomorrow.

bunting RRRRRR no.1 WSW bunting

Not too much damage, right thigh feels bruised, minimal road rash, worst is to chin and nose with a cut inside my mouth where it feels like my lunch is being diluted with blood. :)

Happy birthday πŸŽ‚ LD 🍾
Get well soon ITG, hope you're not too sore!
Well done on WSW RRR-CAZ

I ran. Sort of. Set off for 12 miles. First 8 were country lanes, felt good. Next 2 on uphill trail, started getting hot and tired. Last 2 back on lanes but had got far too hot and run out of energy so was a bit of a run/walk. Still, its done. Leisurely walk to recover tomorrow I think!

Ouch to accidents :-( very sorry, hope you are both recovering & heal quickly.

Think we’re going for a walk now - my morning was mostly spent baking, now I’ve read GM’s blog I’d rather like to stay in & make another cake, to keep on standby :-)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
