I have Adriened. Nearly fell on my face at one point. Lift your right leg, now your left arm, now your left leg, now your right arm. And levitate for a count of.. one... two... three...

I've noticed that there appear to be more than one set of 30-day Adriene challenges (some have 'Home' at the side, and there's another one that I can't remember right now). I'm doing the one that says '30 day challenge' and nothing else - perhaps it was the first one?

I think/hope Home is this year. There was another set last year with some other prefix and I'm guessing there are some more from the prev year.

Yeah, her January 30 days of yoga has a different name each year, and each day within them does too.

Home was this year's set of 30.

Ah right. I'll carry on with this set and then next month I'll go onto 'Home'.

I'm really determined to stick with this, no matter how frustrating it might be some days.

I broke my own rule today - didn't do anything aerobic first. Didn't have time between conference calls. I'll make up for it tomorrow I hope.

I did a yoga beginners thing, one of the 45 min Adriene ones I found on prime. It was OK but I'm not sure my body was making the same shapes hers was 🤣. Didn't help that the turtle went from doing it with me, to laughing at me, to sitting under me whenever she could!!
Will do a 30 day thing I think, see how I get on. Blimey, that's 3 exercise sessions today!

Walk rather than run today - choosing a different route up the hill. Deer were hiding today, but a little closer than yesterday's run pics.

5 miles - 5 other walkers, 1 runner, 1 cyclist. Sheep, lambs, horses & deer.

Back from a 7 mile run-walk. Very unsatisfactory :-( No energy, my foot hurt (probably because I foolishly made myself get to a particular gate on a steep and rough lane before I allowed myself to turn back down the hill) and now I'm home and showered, my knee is painful too. :-(

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'
