Running, walking and getting outside generally is the only thing keeping me sane between shifts at the moment!

Saw someone from parkrun after about 3km, stopped and had an appropriately distanced conversation. Came over a bit dizzy afterwards. Had felt 100% up to then. Had a gel in my waist bag which I scoffed down asap and then actually had to sit down for a couple of minutes. Felt ok so jogged off and was fine. I did keep the pace at a sensible level though. Glad I took the gel with me! Rest of the run was really enjoyable. Most people being sensible but a group of 4 did appear to be doing some form of exercise class. They may have all lived together anyway, but it certainly sent the wrong message. Another group of teens appeared to have met up for a bike ride (of the social sort).

It's so annoying that all my fitness has gone with 3 weeks of sitting around doing hardly anything. Lots of good running and other stuff today, well done everyone.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-)

And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
