Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

12bar - sometimes (dare I say it) there's more chat than running here ...
But there again, although the miles are neither necessary nor sufficient, the chat is always welcome.

Wet (underfoot) and windy today, judged the run just right to get home before any rain.
But hard & cold against the wind, and post xmas weight means hills are a struggle.

Wet to start with

Wet & slippery to continue

Good views along the top

And really needed my mudclaws for the downhill at the end

I've binned the idea of swimming. Feeling a bit down in the dumps - my foot is not at all happy despite resting it since yesterday morning. I wonder if it was track that's set it off? Could well be I suppose. How long will it take to settle again, that's my worry :-(

Nice pics um :)

welcome Jayfire :)

boo to sore foot LD - and yes track could well have set it off, rest and make sure your calves aren't too tight luck

my fringe sort of cut itself back in as having it tied up all the time was breaking bits, so I just hacked as a few bits until I got a little fringe. I hate going to the hairdressers!

had a little run, very easy pace but felt hard and legs are still rather tired and heavy :(

I used to have a fringe too GM many many years ago, but now it's impossible with my distinct lack of growth up top 😁

No I'm good thanks Serendippily, I've appeared on the updated table, cheers. I'm just wondering now why I have a slice of cake beside my race listing, nom nom 🤣
