My OCD need me to do at least .33 of a mile to keep my monthly and yearly figures the same i.e. I need them both to be a zero at the start of the month

Fragile Do Not Bend
Well done Mandy! I quite fancy giving that a try one day. Did you do it in the sea or on the canal?

You look like an expert, Moodle! ;)
Long bike ride done. Lots of chores too.

Grove Ferry Fragile. Give me a shout if you want to have a play- did over 4 miles in the end and think I may ache tomorrow. My Grandson was amazing on it but did get a little to big for his boots and went in 😂

Evening 😊. Great paddle boarding Mandy 😊😊. As I'm finding, New ways of getting out and active are always a Good Thing.

We all went for a 4 mile walk (New walking distance badge earned!) in the Heart of England forest where the grandturtles have dedicated a tree to the turtle. Sadly at the furthest possible point from the van/road, Turtle was stung on her bottom (through her leggings) by some aggressive ground wasps. I've never heard her howl in pain so much poor thing 😢, to the point she couldn't speak. She had to be carried 2 miles by TP. Just so so thankful she didn't have a severe reaction!!

5k run, finally. That takes me up to 380 miles for the year. That’s a significant amount as it beats the 378 I did in 2017 and is my best annual total since my best ever of 900 in 2015. (Things went a bit pear-shaped in 2016 and running necessarily took a back seat). What’s more, this leaves me with 4 months to do 320 more miles and reach 700. That’s 80 miles a month - challenging, but not impossible.
