It’s good to know you can do these things Dio! Trotting round town here, hot in the sun though it’s so windy my cap almost ended up in the Solent |

Diogenes
It was slow, and a reasonably level route, but it proved it is mainly psychological

Sorry - should have been above (that one always gets me) In other news, yesterday's run was poor for 'deer count' - only 1 and a fair way away. Today's was better, although disappointed I took the 'wrong' camera (shoud have taken the bigger one). And the rain only came once we got home. Full set at photos.app.goo.gl , including a few at the end from the pub garden, or a sample |

Still gagging at the moth story. Yuk. Not having a good time with flying things. Noticed I’ve a wasp nest yesterday. It’s extortionate to get it removed professionally but is in an awkward place. Hatton 10k done. Quite likely for the first & last time! Oof it was a hard one. All hills for the first 6k. Was hot. And as it was in the countryside, it seemed to be manure spreading season. Hard to not breathe in through your nose & run! Cracking gingerbread & medal at the end though. |

Aw Kim it's my 5th time and although it's a tough hilly bugger it is one of my favourites. Today's one seemed tougher because of the fresh 'country' air and a stomach full of yesterday's alcohol but the cracking medal and the awesome homemade gingerbread makes up for it all. Now all I need to do is get a bloody sub 60 at it Yuk to nearly swallowing flying things. Well done Dio Great photo Um. We did see (and smell) lots of cows today. |

Evening. 3 days away and 165 posts... I haven't read them all! Dipps, my friend Jen did the same midnight marathon as Mr S (drove there, ran, drove back to Waterbeach... nutso, but the kind who would fit right in round here). for everyone who's earned it |

for you too Badger - you earned it yesterday (extra points for finding the more direct bike path route through Sandy - I didn't want Binks to send you through that way, but you seem to have emerged unscathed |
