Ew. MrS said the worst thing about midnight marathon was a huge moth that tried to fly into his mouth. The only reason he didn’t swallow it was it was too big to go down :-o Very Anthony Hopkins

Yuk! Just the thought of that is making me gag :-o

Attempted a 10+ mile run/walk this morning and got the weather all wrong, which meant I ended up being soaked and cold and had to come home. Balls. I was having a really nice time, too, just meandering along with no real route in mind.

I shall do some more miles tomorrow either to and/or from work.

Similar here Paula - was supposed to do ten, but missed out a wiggled as I was cold and wet - by the time I was nearly home the sun had come out and I was too hot to make up this missing mile with a loop around the block.

I can't remember the last time I ran double digits - it was probably February or March :(

We are home :) Long journey but relatively jam free. Cup of tea, then might go for a walk to stretch my legs. Don't think I feel up to a run.

Thank you Um, - no, I hadn't been looking at that link. I've been looking at the link you get to by clicking on "profile", then on "set your targets for 2019". That takes me to a satisfying little graph showing a wiggly line moving gradually upwards away from a straight line which represents mileage necessary to reach exactly 400. Plus there is a list of people targeting 400; this shows hearts but not blackhearts.

(I like the little graph).

I’ve just got back from a run. Those of you who have read my latest blog might be interested to know that, after a 2 minute warm-up walk, I ran non-stop for 32 minutes 👍🏃‍♂️
