Happy new toenail, Yumee. Corrah - boo to the findings of the diabetic clinic, but it sounds as though you know how to cope with it. Daisy - time restricted eating? 12barDavid - I think the only bearable time to run during a heatwave is about 5.00 a.m. Which might be possible for you, as your tinnitus often seems to have you up at that time. Went for a massage. The masseuse managed to find lots of ouchy bits all up and down the back of my left leg. And some on the front of my left thigh. I was trying not to twitch and squeak. Felt lovely afterwards, though. |

Yes Columba, you only eat within a period of eight (or for some people, six) hours, so giving your body sixteen (or eighteen) hours of fasting. Apparently, it helps your body control blood glucose levels sciencedaily.com There is likely to be a small reduction in the amount of calories you consume (and thus potentially aid weight loss,) because in theory you eat one meal less. (Maybe some people eat all three meals in their 'window' )

That’s good thinking 🤔 Columba, I’ll give that a go. Oh, LindsD, what’s happened to your shoulder? About 8 years ago, a kindly motorist knocked me of my bike 🚲 on the way to work & bu****d up my shoulder. Physio sessions didn’t help, but the two steroid injections I had worked wonders. |

Morning all. Well Columba, I’m afraid that won’t work. I feel like death warmed up through lack of sleep. I’ve been awake since 4am, but the last thing I feel like doing is going for a run. The old tinnitus is ringing away in stereo through my head. We are off to Littlehampton later on today for a stroll back to Worthing along the seafront. Hopefully, I’ll sleep 😴 on the train. Enjoy 😊 your day everyone. |

That’s a very rubbish start to what sounds like a lovely tday, 12bar, I admire your stoic approach. Morning all Swimming, in a pool. Might paddle the ankle in the sea later, if there’s room on main beach. |

Morning all. Hope the steroids work Linds, and hope the tinnitus didn't dampen your day too much David. The beginners ladies group I've been helping with graduate tonight with a (quite challenging) 5km run |
