OMG. Calves are not good. Recovery run & foam rolling hasn’t made a difference. Super stiff and am shuffling about like I’ve run an ultra not a 10k! Any advice greatly accepted!

Been out for another bimble on the bike and stayed upright this time :-) However messed up the Garmin - obviously bike-riding consumes *all* my brain cells!

Will swim later - it was holiday 'mats and woggles' time this morning *shudders*

the CCC site in Keswick would cover those wishes, I think MM - I've not stayed there though - you'll probably get better response from the LD thread though.

I have been for a little run - there was an expensive bug on the Sandy10 route I had to squish - but my Garmin isn't syncing :(

I use magnesium spray Kim which helps a lot.

Afternoon, thanks Meg. I think I'm being super cautious about everything and I do have my dental check up next month.

Meglet: (not neglect, thank you, autocorrect) I spent a year trying to learn how to front crawl, and never did master it. However, my breast stroke improved considerably.

Vibe cycle class fully booked.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
