Happy birthday Andy!

Welcome to Duo :-)

Did parkrun this morning with friends from the core team back home, which was a pleasant change from being a Billy-no-mates at Seaton :-) Slow time, but one of the friends is doing Manchester marathon next week and was keen not to tweak anything on the pebbles.

25 Miles Done on the North Downs Way today!

Thoroughly knackered now but was worth it as gave me a bit of insight into how much fun I’ll be having in May!

Though I do hope it will be a lot dryer than it was today !

Happy Birthday Andy 🎁🎂

Parkrun here too. Bit muddy. New trainers not looking very new now. Also forgot to stop watch until I had started drinking my tea in golf club. 44 min average for last mile!

Call it beerienteering, Fleece, you'll be fine :-)
Great milage Al, LG and RA - and fab 10king ITG and keep on keeping on Columba. Hope the carpet runners are removed now!
Hullo Duo :-)
I don't feel like I've done that well recently, but have ended up with best March milage ever - though I think that's more to do with low milages in injury-ridden years gone by.

Bierienteering sounds good, it’s more I CBA to get changed. Maybe I’ll just stick a sports bra and trainers on and run laps round the block in my normal clothes :)

Welcome Duo!
Happy Birthday Andy.

I didn't run in the end, I put my running kit on when I got up this morning but the day got away from me and I have to confess I just thought "*@ck it" .

*hangs head in shame*

Tiny lamb still doing well Columba, guzzling milk but he is so tiny he can't take much at a time and he gets cold very quickly - he's cosied up in a box next to the boiler at the moment :-)

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
