I was just coming down from having been on gas and air - laughing gas - whilst they manipulated the ankle back into position. I wasn't enjoying it as much as it appears!

Fierce and Focused Fleecy
poor Leaflet That gas and air is good shit, got me through 2 labours with no other pain relief. And the subsequent stitches... I'm knackered, ran to town and to the gym, did bums and tums, ran to my friends and then round the hilly bits of town and then to the opticians and back. My mileage looks slightly better for March now, best get on with it if I'm to reach my 80 miles though!

Poor Leaflet; losing £250 is no joke.
I had gas and air in the late stages of labour. I don't know why they call it laughing gas, it didn't make me laugh, just took the edge off the pain. TR, were you perhaps laughing with relief because they'd stopped manipulating your ankle?
Been for a 30 minute run.

Poor leaflet. Big thumbs up for gas and air. I was high as a kite popping out the baby and recoveres much quicker that with little TB (epidural).
Xfit and a 1k swimdown. Lovely after another bolloxy day with bolloxy people.
