Handedness fact of the day: the British army developed a rifle called the SA80 (in current use) which can only be fired right-handed. Left-handed people just have to learn to use it that way.
Morning hope complicated days go well, days off are full of fun, stinky kit is still in situ and migraines do one.

Morning. Just caught up on 113 posts - I could write any essay contributing to all the topics I've read about. Welcome Greg and other lurkers
I went to Llangollen for Yr6 trip. My mum came with us and she visited the farmhouse where she had stayed in during the war, and it was the same people who lived there! It was a great trip. Ds went to Swanage in Yr 5 and Osmington Bay in Yr 6. Loved both. What does you daughter think about it Dipps?
I was hoping this Jan mileage would be my highest Jan ever, but had to check back to Jan 2010 (those miles are on map my run). I did Brighton that year and was training hard. However, seems that I've just snuck in this year - 95.4 for 2018, 94.3 for 2010. I guess that means I'm definitely on for a pb this year then.
Did 5 miles with dh last night. When he got home he noticed he had done 99.3 Km for the month (he's a cyclist and so measures distance in Kms). Ds was very insistent he should go back out, but dh said he couldn't be bothered. Ds said he'd do it for him, but he was already in his pyjamas and dressing gown.
Don't be silly, we said.
But Ds was insistent and we then had the spectacle of watching our 13 year old son running up and down our road for 700 metres in his pyjamas and dressing gown, just to get his dad to 100Km for the month. Things you'd never thought you'd see. Here's the route:

At medical school they taught us that you must always examine patients from the right. Or else...the world would end or something.
I’m very left handed, left footed, left eye dominant (even though my right eye has better vision). Also when I do a plank I take all my weight on my left side. The right is just along for the ride

can I come back please? 99 miles ran in the whole of 2017 kind of lets you know that I wasn't 'me' at all last year, but hoping I'm on an upward curve now

Hi Star - there is a risk of spending more time here (forum) than out running ...
Back to LH/RH ... my family is very mixed, and I do some things left handed only (eg snooker) and other right handed (write, throw, racket sports etc).
