Back from walking the dogs and wondering if I need a long sleeve top for the run - it's bloomin' chilly out there:-0

crossfitted last night which left me with a very minor niggle in the leg where the swelling had been. Strangely, this is reassuring as it makes it more likely there was a tendon injury and not a blood clot.

Morning - yawn - managed a couple of hours sleep. Am sure its all the issues with the kitchen keeping me awake (have area manager coming out today).
Blooming cold here this morning - 5 degrees on dog walk but a lovely walk with the moon one side, and the sunrise the other.
Seem to be harbouring a cold/bug which has wiped me out (but not enough to sleep) and OH has come down with it too but of course his is man flu. Am meant to be going to six day cycling final at the weekend - typical

GWS MM. That's annoying.
Seven miles done to pick up OH's coat, which he left at the Scout campfire last week. Thank goodness for running rucksacks. I had a shortsleeved top and a longsleeved top on and was not too hot. Shorts, though.

Club run was OK though my foot didn't ease until well into the run - ie about four miles in Probably took that long for the ibuprofen to take effect Apparently the podiatrist I want to see has a waiting list of three weeks
On the upside though, I went through the 800 miles mark during the run, and then surpassed the total mileage in each of the last two years I was hoping for 1000 miles this year, but there's no way I can get 200 miles done in the next two months. My revised target now is beating my previous highest mileage which was 901 in 2012.
