Fraserburgh Half LG? Will need to sign up too. It fills up fast, but can swop place easily if unable to do it.
Been to Physio. Positive. Can run as per training plan. So will do 5 miles later. Not long had a very late lunch.

Nice and steady Kim. Yeah Fraserburgh half...I quite like that one and it gives me time tso work up to it. Considering Peterhead 10k the week before but it is on my birthday ( least it means I get cake )

Run done. Though slight route miscalculation meant 6 miles as opposed to 5! Went well. Issue is painful verruca on big toe means I’m inadvertently not putting my toe down properly. So no ankle pain but verruca pain. Last year it was blisters....
