Morning
A welcome lie-in this morning. Not sure whether I'll run or not - maybe some short intervals before my row.

Hurray for no back pain ITG
Good news on various modes of travel Mandy
Long run aborted. Lots of pain in my right shin so I ran/walked to parkrun as I had already set out and then just walked parkrun.

Oh dear Carp
Lovely quick 4 miles down the hill and along the Esplanade, it’s very blowy out there. Ran allllll the way up the hill at the end including a very short bastard one.

Morning
Oh dear Carp, but sensible compromise I think, hopefully whatever it is will b*gger off as quickly as it came.
Great news re back ITG it's properly on the mend now
Sounds fab Bint - hope the PT is a really good one!
Freezing cold, marshalled at parkrun and my feet are like blocks of ice. 607 for a new attendance record at Bedford - getting too many really.

Interesting RH. I suppose it is peak 'resolutioners' as Fleecy calls them and we want to encourage as many as possible, but it does feel that pr in many cases is now over-crowded.
300 is plenty at Bracknell, but we are now regularly getting 400. Some other local ones are 500-600 and the first 5 minutes are like the start of London Marathon!
Go carefully on the Photoset.

Glad that ITG is making good progress, ditto Bint, but sorry to hear about Carp's niggles.
Changed my mind about which parkrun to go to as the wind is really strong here - it was a toss-up between getting a sand-blasting at Exmouth, or the pebbles at Seaton. Seaton won, and was the right choice though I'm blaming the wind for a slow run!
