I made it home.
sorry you had a rough day, LD, and I hope the results do turn out just to be a minor thing and there is nothing wrong.
On a brighter note, I just got over 2000GBP back from the tax office. I'm delighted, like it is "free money" but it is only my money that I overpaid because I couldn't understand the system. Still nice to see it in my current account.
New bike....?

Evening, bad day at the office tonight...:-( had a migraine before I left work, really windy on the top prom and then warm on the bottom prom resulted in me trying to throw up at mile 3 then almost throw the towel in but bloody thrawing so wouldn't stop and eventually finished 1.03

My ten minutes pootling round the track was lovely - hip is a bit achy, which might also be due to the gym work I did at lunch time - have done heat & ice and we'll see.

LG - don't know what thrawing means, but it's obvious you persisted with something you were finding really difficult and unpleasant, so well done you and have a 
Daisy - hope it turns out to be nothing very much. I have never been offered one of those reviews; ignorance is bliss in my case.
