Well done Corrah!
After I crossed the line I came over all dizzy, eventually got myself checked out by the medics, just had a bit low blood pressure and seemed okay after a while. Probably the heat, but it's never happened to me before.

It was very hot today though AR. As well to get yourself checked out at the time though. Something similar happened to me after my first or second Cheltenham Half. I didn't go to the medical tent but sat down and ate a Mars bar. Seemed to do the trick

Evening sat at the airport all the flights seem to be delayed. Not the best day at the office was going well until mile 15, and calf started tightening @ 17 miles it locked up and at 20 kicked me I. The arse. Finished in 4.09.30 am actually reasonably pleased, and despite suffering a little, and having issues with walking now would recommend it as a well supported event, with a good mix of places to run through

Take care AR. I remember that happened to me after Peterhead half - one of the many reasons I don't like it

Thanks folks, I'm fine now.
Well done Phil, shame about the calf, after all your hard training. Hope there's no long term thing with it.
