He was "dictator". His adopted son, Octavian (Caesar Augustus) was the first to call himself Emperor (since it was taboo to talk about Kings and they had to pretend to have a little more legitimacy than that).

I also did Measure for Measure for A level, actually AS, and have no recollection of Pompey Bum.
I must have scooted 5 miles today and have 3 miles or so left to do. Luckily fetch added it as a training category

I only remember the bits in MforM about how you can be called an angel and yet be a devil ... and a lot of cross garnered yellow stockings where I presumed the garters were cross ...
