Hurrah for Twiglet that's awesome
Struggled round parkrun (and I mean struggled) in 47:41. Not sure what was wrong but I was gasping for breath at walking pace and every limb felt like concrete. I have done almost bugger all for the rest of the day because I'm so tired.
