Morning all
Am undecided whether to run today and tomorrow and get mileage up to half way point for the year or whether to just let it go and concentrate on next year's mileage and be fit and ready to go for Monday. will get another run in before end of year but wont be enough and have a 10m TT bike race Sunday.
At work today - sigh - only till 3pm

Mornage. In hospital for a synacthen stimulation test. Should be out in another hour or so then I will run home. In this disgusting wet, cold, windy weather. Target of 1111 is not going to happen, I totally failed to run yesterday. Maybe I can get to 1100.
Glad you're on the mend Bint
Mandy, take care xx

Morning Very late night up with the neighbors, but it was fun. dh was planning to get up at 5 but is still in bed (as am I).
Looks like I'm succumbing to the lurgy. To be honest I suspected I would as I'm so exhausted I couldn't believe I would be able to fight it off.
Meant to be having a friend over tonight, RDing tmrw am and going to the rugby tmrw pm. I wonder if I'll be up to any of those.
Hope everyone else is on the mend/staying healthy.

Morning 😃 I'm jealous of anyone who can see the sea today the last time I saw it was in September, all I can see is damp, grey miserable clouds,☹️

Morning all! Get well soon those poorly folks, Mr Lemon is included in that. I am trying to avoid it. It went from frozen solid last night to very wet and rainy and a little bit windy here this morning.

I never think of people who don't see the sea for extended periods of time. I see it every day on my morning and evening commutes (Belfast Lough is salt water!), often with a view of Scotland when the weather is good

The sea here isn’t remote & dramatic, but the skies are amazing
Passing antibodies to all threatened by lurgies, & Mandy, the TT race sounds fun, best not wear yourself out? the running numbers are just that, numbers. Take care.
