Fierce and Festive Fleecy
That’s a beautiful photo ferret! I want a fetchie meet now *stanps feet* 3 Miles this morning, picked up my aunt and uncle from the cat and walked them up the hill, took them for several more walks and then walked them back down the pier and then stuck my kit on to run to the pub. Bit behind target still so Sunday could be a long run day.

Another 4 miles in the kitty. 9 more would see my highest year total so guess that's what I'm aiming for now that the 💯 fir December has gone.

Rosehip
*waves* - ( think it's waving, not drowning) Happy Party ITG, 'tis husband's birthday today, so joining you in spirit from our much quieter (chinese takeaway and prosecco) "party"
I am taking note of your plans Helegant and, despite you not really passing near here, certainly hope to find a suitable day or two to walk with you
jealous of sea swimming - haven't braved open water at this time of year since being a (possibly drunk?) teenager
Still no running, get out of breath and cough lungs up just going up stairs

Me too, RH, I’ve just worked out that if I run slow enough I only cough when I stop...

Hoping for progression to that state within a day or two Fleecy - currently can't even walk the dog properly
This chesty lurgy is bloody nasty, much that none of you others get it!

Deck the Halls Daisy
Good evening!
We now know why East Devon is not popular second-home territory for Londoners, having driven from Harrow to Sidmouth this afternoon What a tedious journey.
Anyway, we're here now and I'm anticipating a very wet and windy run first thing tomorrow. I love running along the seafront when the weather's wild
