:-)

Congrats on the mileage, btw, Lemon! How is your coccyx now? All fine? Apologies if I've missed an update.

Thanks AL, coccyx seems fine to run with now (probably very hard to run without, thinking about it) it still hurts a bit when sitting. I still keep doing the cheek shuffle and getting up to wander around. I now realise it's 18 miles a week til the end of the year for me to reach 700 miles so it's not looking too likely but you never know, stranger things have happened.

Weird sky most of the day here today - very dark, very orangey, very apocalyptic. Buttons relatively normal, although wind starting to get up a bit.
bunting Lemon 500 and glad to heat the coccyx is improving
Seren I did lol at the idea of your car suddenly reaching up to scratch you for no reason :-)
Would quite like a whole day to go by without oldest boychild having problems at school :-(

Sorry to hear still having issues Ymee

Physio visit for me. Mostly worked on hamstring. Thinks might have irritated bursa. Achilles had been a bit grumbly but looks fine. Maybe me being paranoid.

So, good news is no Physio for a month and keep increasing mileage. Hopefully up to around 8 miles by next Physio visit.

Good news Kim!
Bad news Ymee :(

I ran to pottery but had to walk back because I had a bunch of large, delicate pots to carry. Usually I wrap them in bubble wrap and stick them in my rucksack to run home but that wasn’t going to work with these!

oh dear Ymee, I do hope you can get an answer and some support pronto.

Glad to hear you're on the mend Lemon - have some more bunting for 500 :)

good news Kim :) - make sure you keep doing as you're told ;)

Sky went very funny geryish purplish with orange bits here at lunchtime, it was dark an the wind was getting up and the kids at school played up to it nicely *sighs*. All bright and lovely again by 4 but it sounds quite windy. Bloody awful in Eire though, hope everyone stays safe if it heads across more tonight.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
