A very windy track session tonight :-0. We are working on good form and I'm really beginning to feel the difference. Yesterday on my slow run I kept checking my form (I'm a slumper :-() and although I forget the good form too often at least I don't slump the whole way round now

Dear 700ers, please help:
I just said hovercraft instead of hedgehog (dog sniffing around garden) and then sausages instead of socks (to do with washing machine)
It's like my brain has it's own crap predictive text.
Please tell me I'm just tired and it's not dementia!
[kids have said I'm a mad cow for years ;)]

I do it all the time when I’m tired RH. Sniffing out hovercraft would be a niche skill I think. I fear if you washed sausages you would be left with just the casings
