Morning Twiglet is back from Ethiopia - in one piece and seemingly having had a great time. On a train into work now from the airport.

Hello from Caithness! I hope everyone's weekend racing and running went as planned. I've completely failed to catch up on you all.

MM, I'll check out where the key to Sharktopus's cage is for later.
Corrah, you've been through the wringer a bit this year with your move and everything, it's just your body (and brain) wanting a bit of time out to catch up with itself. Cut yourself some slack and just go with it for a few weeks. (())

Thanks AR. I forget that it has been a bit challenging. I will try to arrange a break to chill out xx

+1 what Alpenrose said, Corrah.
Thinking ITG is in a very scenic place.
I have just deleted several training entries, duplicated when 2 devices managed to function at the same time. A swim at 11a.m. also caught my eye as an odd time of day, 1.73mph. (in my dreams) It was part of a ride, *:-0* hopefully including picnic & wandering around admiring orchids time. Stunning day here, plan to make the most of it later.

No running today. Work evening out to play crazy golf - can I log it as cross training?

Wandering around admiring orchids is one of my favourite activities.

My new Brooks Adrenaline GTS 17s have just been delivered. Having found the 16's too narrow, and having gone back to the 15's, I hope the 17's are back on form. They're a very pretty blue, anyway

I wore the men's ghost size 7s on Sunday by mistake - forgot to pack cascadias. Glad I was wearing them in and not in my sandals that would've been a long run. They are a bit flappy definitely wider than female version but I didn't do any clown like tumbling and no blisters

I ordered new Sauconys of some description plus some new kit to take to the new house Corrah: you've also raced quite a lot recently, if you're knackered then it's ok to take some rest days!
