I biked about 33k last night with a new women's group. They massacred me on the climby bit but otherwise we were a good wee pelaton. It peed it down and I forgot my glasses so it was refreshing to say the least.
Light swim this morning, light jog tomorrow, then half on Thu.

Any homeless Fetch mugs gratefully received! I've never been to the Bintshoppe so someone give me an excuse.
RD'd and partied on Saturday, Sway 5 mile on Sunday. Lovely small village race, in and out of Wilverley enclosure (shady, hilly) and the heath (bloomin hot) - Legs worked well for 4 miles, slightly dehydrated at the end. Can't think why. Let the local Beavers throw water over me which turned out less fun when they were allowed, then when they were supposed to be manning the water station and chucking it at each other
Another fitness class I might cover yesterday (Senior classes - a bit gentler but they have a lot of fun with it, and a cuppa after!) and then the job interview. Think it went well. We'll see. Job is account management as part of a sports event company. Won't pay well, will (hopefully) be fun / relaxed / not too taxing.
