Excellent news, RA.

Morning, hello,etc :)
Lovely morning here too.

Gentle bike to work hoping to be kept busy today!
Just saw a friend who asked when the big day was - had to ask which one! Apparently to some people weddings are bigger than marathon ???

Morning, I do feel recovered from the #sdw50 and did a 4-minute time trial to see what pace was in my legs.

Really pleased to cover 0.6 miles in 4-minutes which equates to 6:40 minutes/mile. I wasn't sprinting and breathing wasn't too laboured.

PT done, it was sunny but surprisingly cold in the park today, nasty Easterly wind. Good though :-)

We told you so, FML :)
Ran to bums and tums, ran to town, ran home. Quite a cold wind but lovely sunshine, off to the garden now.

Afternoon

I have biked 28 miles and it was fab even with the headwind. I do love my new bike.

I have also swum for the first time in yonks. 22 x 25m lengths, twice as far as need to do for mini tri so that should be fine too. Thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Now how far does a run need to be for me to earn my fetch tri badge?

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
