Afternoon. Heading home - came into work for the morning as I had patrons at a rehearsal, cleared a few minor things and conceded defeat  Bit better than yesterday but still at the 'exhausted by nothing' stage. Mr AL coaching my group at Striders tonight.

Oh dear AL. I have a poorly teen at home-left there unexpectedly this morning by her dad. I had to go home at lunchtime to make sure she had some food.

I've had a "lovely" back massage this afternoon (ouchy, ouchy!) trying to get rid of an on-going shoulder thing before I go skiing next year. Soooo many tight muscles.

Another little run to get the car from the garage. This one was foggy and cold. Wore the new running shoes I'm breaking in, foot feels better.

I went swimming earlier, it was lovely, even though half the pool was filled with screaming school kids. I must be getting mellow because I just smiled and thought I was glad they were enjoying themselves!

Was supposed to be cycling with the tuesday night group but its still very foggy so I've been for a run instead. I drop through it last night and thought the cyclists I saw were crazy, so decided I shouldn't also be crazy, much as I fancy going out!
