Thanks MM. I'm happy to  every so often to keep the thread moving along.
No running for me today, did 4 hours overtime at work, collected the dudette and now we're putting up the tree and decorations and waiting for dominos pizza  No running tomorrow night either, as out with the parkrun gang. I actually organised it, which is something I used to do a lot but started finding stuff like this stressful. This has been really smooth and easy though.

Well done MM.
I went out on my bike instead. I planned a route working on a westerly wind (as that's how the bushes are blowing in the garden). When I got to the seafront it was strongly blowing from the east so I cut short and came home for my lunch.

Then the amount of admin falling on one person would be minimised and instead of fmailing and stuff everyone can just add races to the spreadsheet whenever they want to, as long as it's before the start of the month they're racing in
