Morning all! Like ferret I was inspired last night by the Beachy Headers but then I thought about how far 26 miles was just on the flat and changed my mind!
I'm on dog-walking duty before I can run today so I suppose I'd better get cracking.Enjoy your Sunday!

'It did feel quite hilly' is a small understatement

The intriguing bit from the route profile is how tiny the Seven Sisters are*

yeah, elevation profiles are certainly deceptive, Borstal Hill looks horrendous but was easy, the Seven Sisters look easy but were...well, words fail me

Well, still in awe of the beachy headers.
I got out on a 10 mile run this morning to round of the month as tomorrow will be a rest day. It caps off the most I have logged in the month at 86.92 miles with this week alone being 29.6 miles.
Going to back off next week and take things a bit easier as this week felt a bit much and I know I need to build up slower than that.
Have a good Sunday
