Morning/Afternoon. No rain here, just sun and hot but I too had a disturbed nights sleep. The sleeping arrangements here are not for everyone. You basically have a 20ft shipping container thing with a single bed and a bunk bed. Luckily I only have one room mate. Unfortunately after a week away from here I was ill prepared to put up with the snoring he does. Honestly it would wake the dead and he is a good 15-20foot away.
On the bright side his time here is coming to an end in a few days.
Fingers crossed the next in habitant of the place is: a. Clean and tidy, i.e. not a stinking b.o. cesspool of a person. You'd be surprised how many of them that there are here. I will name no nations but I bet you can guess a few
b. Speaks reasonable English (I know typical english man, but in my defence there are 30 odd contributing nations here and there is no way I can duo lingo that much!) c. Is not an arsehole d. Has a job with reasonable work hours e. Is tolerable f. Is not an arsehole (So important it makes a second appearance) g. Does not snore
Oh and I did run, not the planned 90minutes or so, but did make it out for 40.

I think you need to find a 20' long pole on your next run out then Andy, then you can poke him every time he snores.

Good luck with your new room mate Andy. Anything which keeps you awake is so draining, as is sharing with a slob or an arsehole, of course.
Got my 18 miles done. Legs ok, but tired. No obvious harm done - just need loads of tea and food now.

good effort TeeBee. I'm slowly getting back on track to the . May or may not poodle around for 5k tomorrow before the last long run on Sunday. I feel like I have neglected my long runs a touch but it has been busy here the past few weeks. I would love to get around 12 miles in on Sunday but will settle for anything above 10. Next week will be around about 8 and then *gulp* it's the 1/2.

You did 2 miles more than me TeeBee, but then I did Zumba between miles 13 and 14 Seems to have taken all day, I'm knackered! Your ds will settle down, they're extra strict at the beginning of year 7 as they want everyone to get into good habits, but he'll soon adjust. I remember ds1 getting a break time detention for having the wrong coloured PE socks!
