Doctor's appointment tomorrow, to see what if anything the x-ray shows. From the subjective point of view the knee seems to be getting very slowly better.

Due to on-going calf issues, I've decided to not do the Coniston Lakeland Trail in October. I had been prepared to walk it instead of running, but even walking uphill is problematic so it's a non-starter. Sorry I'll miss your celebration, AL, but common sense prevails

Crazy golf was good fun but I came 4th out of 5 and was the only competitor not to get a hole in one :-(.
Then we popped into the amusement arcade where I played Hammerhead, which involved whacking Sharktopuses when they popped up.
All in all a fun afternoon, but the sea is much too choppy for another swim

Ran tennis intervals: 4 miles including laps of the park with bits of tennis, then home via an ice cream from the Coop

LD, shame you can't get in the sea, it's this bloody horrible wind that's around at the moment.
