I did and it worked! I also used dodgy artwork to illustrate the presentation. Dodgy as in I can't draw, not anything *rude*.

Excellent stuff Heinzster v pleased for you
Friend has lymes disease and its impact can be awful - so yes pls treat bites seriously and get antibiotics
Anyone want my Chippenham half place at start sept? They won't accept deferral or cancellations but I can transfer for a fiver and it's a shame if no one gets the value of it

Maybe staying conscious would help in other areas of life?

Awesome news Heinzster - well done bunting :)

Cleaning and tidying today. I escorted MiL back from London yesterday while everyone else went to Stonehenge. I live an exciting life.

Fab news Heinzster :) very best of luck with new beginnings

That doesn't sound fair Carp :(

I have runned again (felt like a steam room - yuck). Heels only hurt when I sit on the sofa, guess I'll just have to keep moving

Just swap the sofa for a treadmill RH, think of the miles/steps you could do :-)

No, it wasn't RH. T1 was supposed to work Monday so was going to take MiL home Monday morning at 8am on the train.
She decided that she really wanted to spend the time with our visiting family and a 3 hour shift wasn't worth it so she'd call in sick and we could see MiL onto the Ipswich train.
That totally wouldn't have worked; MiL would have ended up in Norwich or something. MiL said she'd stay at the hotel until we got back late Monday and we'd all take the train together. Phoned our room at 7am to say she was going to get a taxi home. So I ended up taking her home on the train myself.

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
