Nice one, Meglet!

I, too, will be sticking with 700 as a target. a) because I'd miss this thread too much and b) because it makes sense (no marathon in 2012 so sensible consistant mileage is the aim)

Today went the way of the pear, run-wise. Woke up feeling sick as a dog then have spent the day food shopping, wrapping presents and baking industrial amounts of Christmas baked goods. So no hill work. This means I shall be running home from work tomorrow and then doing hill work on Christmas Day :-)

YGM - I suggest just target races in the header which can then be updated as we go. Might get a bit unwieldy otherwise :-O

Of course, Hellrunner should go straight in there as a social ;-)

I'm mara training upto Brighton so I'm expecting to go off like a rocket as I did this year :) I hope not fizzle out in Feb due to injury as I did this year :(

Agreed Bint, Hellrunner deffo marked as the annual social.

I saw Meglet kissing Santa Claus
I'm up for 700, aiming to continue with 60/month which is what I've achieved this year, except August.

I'd be up for Hellrunner, my parents live in Hampshire and my SiL has talked about it too.

Didn't really do too much to be honest. The nice thing about this thread is that it's fairly self-propelling (even if it is about sex and men in cupboards) and extremely supportive.
