been away all week, sitting at just under 40 for the week, with my LSR to come tomorrow, so a 55m week in the offering, just ned the body toadjust again to the milage then it will become routine again like last year, when I managed 15 consequtive weeks over 50m.
27 is a long way FD

Miles behind today and feeling a bit carp in a non-alcohol-induced fashion, wondering whether 15 is the right thing to do tonight.

Just short of 21 miles done today at a rather more relaced 7.42 pace, all ticking nicely with the last 7 miles done at 6.45 pace.
Happy with my progress and probably about as long as I will need to go ahead of my race.
