Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

My first 20 miler since returning from injury was completed without drama this morning.

My last run of this distance or longer was the Shakespeare Marathon last April

Happy days in the Dark Lords Household

Hi all, decided to jump in here as I seem to be recovered from a hamstring pull which coupled with the weather has effectively put me out since mid-Dec. Target race is VLM, sub 3:15, hopefully sub 3 if training goes to plan (no injury recurrence) and the weather is cool on the day.

Did a 12 miler this morning out on the road which brings me to a nice round 50 for the week (and this year) after a week's worth of treadmill sessions. Longest run since Otober. Looking to hit 150 for the month which will put me back on target.

57 for the week for me. Ran the Not The Roman XI today in an easy 48:22 for 30th place. 32 ahead of target and the legs feel rather good:)

Recovering from Man-Flu at the moment but I hope to get myself back in the game tomorrow, no idea how many miles behind I am at the moment, I just daren't look.

Will try for about 5 or 6 a day this week with a nice 30 to round it off on Sunday.
