Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Treadie would never be my choice to be honest. After my 12 hour shift I sometimes cba but force myself to get down there (the gym). At least it's only for 2 weeks at a time, never use one at home. The vessel does make it that wee bit more interesting at times for sure !
Home on the 26th for another 3 weeks :)

BT - Much respect from me for getting that training done

I decided yesterday to have this morning off after my 20 miler as I expected a little DOMS but frankly I have very little DOMS so feel quite happy :¬)

Training later and Monday is Track intervals of the sprint variety

Yep, you're right there G, slow & steady at the moment, but I do have to really start ramping up my mileage soon.

10.5 miles this morning just as the snow was starting.

How anyone likes running in crap weather is beyond me.
