bonners
If you're at all squeamish look away now.
Had to cut my run short as I thought I was stung by a wasp. ... In my mouth. Was a bit swollen but seemed okay.
Have now got home, realised the stings were bleeding, or I've bitten my lip, not sure which and I've had to pick out with tweezers two separate stings😮 So wasp party in my mouth, I count about 4 lumps. Face feels a little swollen right now.
Whoever said leave them alone and they'll leave you alone is lying, the buggers get me at least once every year😃

Nope, dont think so. It is not the first time it has happened to me, I've had a wasp fly in my mouth before whilst running and I have about four or five lumps where it stung me on my lower lip...that was ten years ago. I also have a lump on my leg from a bee sting that was about 15 years ago. My body obviously likes to leave me reminders of stings.

Ouch, that's awkward bonners. The only things that get in my mouth while running are those small flies that swarm about in large numbers. That's when I learn to run with my mouth closed, instead of having to spit them all out!
