I know I dropped out of the thread but just wanted to say thank you to you all as the 1500 target was still my motivation and I passed that today.

I squeaked past 1500 on Xmas Eve after having a fall at the start of December which meant an involuntary break for a couple of weeks but got here in the end!

Hello fetchies, hope everyone enjoyed their Xmas celebrations,

Manage to run on Xmas day and 10k today including parkrun

Worked Boxing Day and following day so didn’t relax into the festive season that much, busy busy busy

Well done to everyone that reached their target and beyond and to those of us who didn’t, better luck in 2020
