i have parkrunned this morning first time to the not so new Jersey Farm parkrun which is now my local run. As its so close (just over 5 miles) I ran there n back with some running club friends - it was rather warm - happy i had taken my backpack with a water pouch.
Happy running 1500 people...

Doc yes I did like it - such a lovely route - exactly as you say - not really a pb course but challenging. I'm sure I will go back...
